Your cancellation rights

For online orders, UK consumer cancellation rights generally allow you to cancel a distance contract within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. You must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.

Fragrance and hygiene

Some sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons can lose the cancellation right if they are unsealed after delivery. This can apply to sealed fragrance products where the legal requirements are met. We assess returns under the applicable rules rather than applying a blanket rule that every opened fragrance can never be returned.

How to request a return or cancellation

Email 604LDN@GMAIL.COM with your order number and clearly state what you want to cancel or return. We will provide the relevant instructions and return address.

Return postage

Where a customer is exercising the standard cancellation right, the customer normally bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless 604 LONDON has agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover it.

Refunds

Where a cancellation is valid, refunds are made without undue delay and, for sales contracts, generally no later than 14 days after the relevant return/evidence-of-return point under the applicable rules. Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Where the value of goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the law can permit a corresponding deduction.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your fragrance arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at 604LDN@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights.
