How do I choose a fragrance?
Tell us what you like — woody, sweet, fresh, citrus, floral, oud, spicy or a combination. You can also tell the 604 Scent Concierge a fragrance you already wear and it can suggest close 604 LONDON scent profiles from our catalogue.
Can you help me find a specific type of fragrance?
Yes. Ask for a profile such as woody, sweet, fresh, citrus, floral, oud or spicy. You can combine preferences, for example woody + sweet or fresh + citrus.
Do you sell men's, women's and unisex fragrances?
Yes. Our catalogue is organised into MEN, WOMEN and UNISEX.
Can I choose the bottle colour?
Yes. Select your preferred colour on the product page where that colour is available for the fragrance.
How big are the fragrances?
Our main collection is 100ml.
Do I get testers?
Each 100ml bottle purchase comes with two complimentary 604 LONDON testers, subject to availability.
Do you offer a bundle saving?
Yes. Buy 2 fragrances and save 10%. Buy 3 or more fragrances and save 15%. The bundle pricing is applied through the store's active discounts.
Is there a welcome offer?

What if you don't have the fragrance I am looking for?
We will never pretend an unavailable fragrance is in stock. If we do not have it, the Scent Concierge can suggest the closest available 604 LONDON profiles using documented notes and scent characteristics.
Are 604 LONDON fragrances exact copies?
Our recommendations are based on documented scent profiles and notes. Where appropriate, we describe fragrances as similar or inspired profiles rather than claiming they are identical to another brand's fragrance.

How long does delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim and Tracked 48 aims for 2–3 working days. These are delivery aims, not guarantees, and postcode exceptions can apply.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Both delivery options are tracked. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is added to your order and sent through the normal Shopify order-status/tracking flow where available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact 604LDN@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product so we can investigate and advise you on the next step.
Can I return a fragrance?
Yes, where the applicable cancellation/return rights apply. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Sealed fragrance products may be subject to hygiene-related rules if they are unsealed after delivery, and statutory rights are not affected.
